These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and services provided by L.A.D.'S YOUR TURN. By placing an order, the customer ('' you or your'') agrees to the following:
1. Orders
- Orders may be placed online or by phone.
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
- Accepted payment methods: debit, credit card, CashApp, Apple Pay, Venmo, etc.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses.
4. Food Handling & Consumption
- All food is freshly prepared. Customers are advised to consume food immediately or refrigerate it within two hours.
- We are not responsible for food quality or safety if food is improperly stored after delivery or pickup.
5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once the order is delivered or picked up.
6. Allergies & Dietary Needs
- Customers must notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.
- While we do our best, we cannot guarantee food free of allergens ( including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.).
- We are not liable for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from food consumption.
7. Liability
- By placing an order, customers release L.A.D.S.'S YOUR TURN from any liability related to:
- Food allergies or sensitivities
- Illness, injury, or damage from consuming our food
- Delivery delays or errors beyond our control
8. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or ordering platform.
